With the development of today's technologies, the intensity of railway transportation operations is increasing steadily. However, with the development of high-speed railway vehicles used in passenger and freight transportation, the design and production of high-strength railway wheels is an important parameter in terms of passenger and vehicle safety. In this book, a number of approaches are presented for use in the production of railway wheels, including basic analysis conditions, development processes of structural transformations within the metal, development of complex properties and increasing resistance to damage during operation.
